1. About us

caridancari.com ("CariDanCari", "we", "us") is an online directory of home and office service providers in Malaysia. The site is owned and operated by Wanzaisoft Technologies (AS0508836-W).

By using this site you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using it.

2. Our role

We are only a platform that connects users with service providers. We are not a party to any dealing, agreement or payment between a user and a provider, and we do not guarantee the quality, price or work of any provider.

Users should do their own checks before making any decision or payment to a provider.

3. Accounts

  • You must give true and current information when registering.
  • You are responsible for your password and all activity under your account.
  • One account may have only one business listing.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these terms.

4. Provider listings

  • Listing information (name, phone number, areas, services and so on) must be true and you must have the right to use it.
  • New listings and certain changes are reviewed by an admin before they appear. We may reject, change or remove a listing without notice if it is misleading, fraudulent, unlawful or breaks these terms.
  • You must not upload false or offensive content, content that infringes copyright, or personal information of others without permission.

5. Verified badge (SSM)

The Verified badge means the provider has given an SSM registration number in a valid format, uploaded an SSM document, given a PIC name and allowed the PIC name to be shown publicly, and has an active listing.

The badge is not a guarantee, a quality certification or our endorsement of the provider. SSM documents are stored privately and used only for review.

6. Paid plans (Pro and Max)

  • The Standard Listing plan is free. Pro and Max are paid plans for 1 month, 3 months or 1 year at the price shown on the Plan page when you pay. Prices are in Malaysian Ringgit (RM).
  • Plan benefits (for example more districts, blue tick, higher placement in lists and specific services on the profile) are activated once payment is confirmed.
  • Plans do not renew automatically. When a plan ends, the listing returns to Standard Listing and you may renew at any time. If you renew the same plan while it is still active, the new period starts after the current end date.
  • Higher placement in lists does not guarantee any number of customers, calls or sales.

7. Payments

  • Online payments are processed by ToyyibPay through online banking (FPX). We do not store your bank account or card details.
  • Manual payment (bank transfer or QR) is also available through Chat with the admin.
  • A plan is activated once we receive payment confirmation from ToyyibPay. If a payment succeeded but your plan is not active, please contact us with your order number.
  • Every online payment carries a service charge. The full amount, including the charge, is shown before you press Pay now. The service charge is non-refundable.
  • Upgrading from Pro to Max while Pro is still active: the remaining days of Pro are deducted from the Max price (calculated by remaining days) and Max starts on the payment day.

8. Reviews and user content

Reviews and messages you submit must be honest, based on real experience, and must not contain abusive language, defamation or advertising. We may remove content that breaks these rules.

By submitting content you give us a non-exclusive licence to display it on this site.

9. Prohibited use

  • Using scripts or bots to copy the directory data in bulk.
  • Trying to hack, disrupt or damage this site.
  • Pretending to be another person or company.

10. Limitation of liability

The site is provided as is. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for losses arising from use of the site, the accuracy of listing information, or dealings between users and providers.

Our liability to you, if any, will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

11. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The latest update date is shown above. Continued use after a change means you accept the updated terms.

12. Governing law and contact

These terms are governed by the laws of Malaysia and any dispute will be resolved in the courts of Malaysia. For questions, contact us at hello@caridancari.com.
